This is also what BMW wanted their customers to feel upon the launch of BMW Personal Finance, offering a credit card, savings, insurance & rewards. The new website had to reflect this feeling of security, performance, luxury, & support the launch itself.
A teaser microsite was created using the bank note as a roadway styling to excite customers within their existing database & encouraging registration.
The website itself was live on the launch date, providing a simple yet stylish design and user journey, in keeping with the fairly strict brand guidelines. Access to the relevant information is easy and a comprehensive CRM campaign keeps customers well informed and satisfied. Undertaken as project lead for DNA, now Razorfish.
